This small (20 m2) gem is located only 10 minutes from Selfoss and 50 minutes from Reykjavík. The location in the heart of South Iceland is ideal for excursions to many of the most beautiful natural pearls.

You enter the anteroom with wardrobe and small but functional kitchenette. From the anteroom you go straight into the shower room with toilet. To the left is the living room and bedroom. There is a comfortable sofa bed (mattress width 1.60), a table with two chairs, a small wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The room is bright and friendly and the windows offer a view of nature. The terrace offers wind protection towards the north and in summer you can sit here and enjoy the wide view towards the southwest and west: Down to the river, over the wide plain and the surrounding mountains. Sometimes there are nice neighbours when horses graze in the pasture.

The cottage is equipped with bed linen, towels, kitchen equipment, crockery for four people, basic supplies of spices, oil, tea and coffee.

The length of stay is a minimum of 4 nights June - September and a minimum of 3 nights October to May.
